Dr. Navindu Gupta

Executive Director (R&D), SPS Bio-chem Pvt. Ltd.

Dr. Navindu Gupta brings over 40 years of extensive experience in research and teaching, with a specialization in agricultural sciences. He holds a B.Sc. (Honors), M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, Ph.D., and LLB, all from the University of Delhi. Dr. Gupta's career commenced in October 1983, and he has made significant contributions as a Principal Scientist and Postgraduate Teaching Faculty member in the Discipline of Environmental Sciences at ICAR-IARI, New Delhi.

Dr. Gupta's research has focused on biomass waste management, including bio-methanation, biogas plant development, and nutrient enrichment of bio-slurry. He has led various projects on bio-slurry application, and the standardization of analytical protocols for fermented organic manure (FOM and LFOM). He is also extensively involved as an Expert member of Inter-ministerial task force in GOBARdhan and circular economy under Swachh Bharat Mission of Government of India and others.
